Steve Moody Micro Services' Dallas laboratory has been providing fully independent mold and bacteria laboratory services for over 8 years.  The mold laboratory maintains accreditation with the American Industrial Hygiene Association's (AIHA) Environmental Microbiology Laboratory Accreditation Program (EMLAP) and is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) as an Environmental Microbiology Laboratory. 

Our experienced microbiology lab staff have over 25 years of experience analyzing mold and bacterial samples for a variety of clients including industrial hygienists, mold consultants, remediation contractors, facility managers, schools, government agencies and building owners.   The integrity, independence and experience of our employees are the key to providing accurate, high quality laboratory services.

Methodology

Steve Moody Micro Services utilizes the Random Pass method for non-cultured spore trap evaluations as instructed by the McCrone Research Institute of Chicago.  For direct examination of surfaces (bulk, tape lift, swab), and cultures, we use current industry-accepted methods.
